📍 Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
🕒 Experience: Minimum 6 months (BPO experience preferred)
🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field

Job Responsibilities

• Handle employee grievances, feedback, and conflict resolution effectively

• Drive employee engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labour laws

• Support disciplinary processes, exit interviews, and employee retention efforts

• Coordinate with operations and HR teams to improve employee satisfaction and productivity

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent listening and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of HR policies, employee relations, and engagement practices

• Ability to handle sensitive employee issues professionally
