Role Overview
We are looking for a Human Resource Associate with strong experience in end-to-end recruitment to support our growing workforce. The role focuses on talent acquisition, coordination with stakeholders, and maintaining recruitment databases while ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition

Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
-
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels
Coordination & Collaboration
-
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles
-
Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and interviewers
Screening & Selection
-
Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit
-
Support hiring decisions by sharing detailed candidate evaluations
Database & Reporting
-
Maintain and update candidate data in the recruitment database / ATS

Prepare and share regular hiring status and progress reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
-
Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment (preferably Non-IT hiring)

Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques
-
Hands-on experience with job portals and social media hiring
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and meet deadlines
-
Strong organizational and negotiation skills
Preferred Qualifications

Experience hiring for manufacturing, sales, logistics, or administrative roles

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

Strong industry network for candidate sourcing

Knowledge of Boolean Search techniques
